It should be in its own folder called "Moogle". Unzip the downloaded file into this folder. If you own Facerig on steam, clicking on Subscribe in the Workshop link above should automatically install the avatar where it needs to be. On the next page, you can specify your body type or choose to skip it. If you don’t use steam for facerig, or you have the a newer iteration of facerig called Animaze, you may need to troubleshoot that one on your own.
